Support
A real person answers every email, usually within one business day.
Billing & cancellations
Use the "Manage subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email us with your order number.
When you write, please include
- The extension name and version (shown on
chrome://extensions, or in the VS Code Extensions view) - Your Chrome or editor version
- The website you were using it on, if you can share it
- What you expected and what happened (a screenshot helps)
Please don't send real customer data or passwords. A few fake sample rows are perfect.
Quick fixes for Rowcourier
"Scan page" finds no fields
Click "Allow on this site" first, then reload the form page. Fields inside cross-origin iframes are not supported yet.
A field is mapped wrong
Change it in the Map step dropdown, then "Save template" so it sticks next time.
Rows go too fast for the website
Increase "Pause between rows" in the Map step, or pick "This text appears…" and enter the site's confirmation message.
License key not accepted
Paste the key exactly as it appears in your email. Each key works on a limited number of browsers: deactivate it on an old one first (Settings → Plan & license → Deactivate on this device).
Quick fixes for Stepcairn
Record does nothing
Accept Chrome's page-access prompt the first time you press Record. Chrome's own pages (chrome://, the Web Store) can't be recorded.
A screenshot shows something private
Open the step in the editor and drag a blur box over it; exports replace those pixels. Password fields are blurred automatically.
Quick fixes for Headerloom
My header isn't sent
Check the site chip under "Applies to" is green (access granted), the row's switch is on, the top-bar switch isn't paused, then click "Reload tab". Chrome doesn't allow changing a few headers such as Host or Content-Length; Headerloom flags those inline.
Importing profiles
Settings → "Import JSON file" accepts a file you exported yourself: a ModHeader profile export or a Headerloom export. ModHeader is a trademark of its owner; Headerloom is not affiliated.
Quick fixes for Hoistdeck
"Host key changed" warning
Stop and check with your hosting provider: it can mean the server was rebuilt, or that someone is intercepting the connection. Only choose "Trust new key" when you know why it changed.
Password not accepted
Hoistdeck forgets a password the server rejects. Run "Hoistdeck: Set Password for Profile" to enter it again.
Quick fixes for Requarry
No "Send Request" link above my request
The file must end in .http or .rest, and requests are separated by a line starting with ###.
