Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms cover the Busywright browser and editor extensions (Stepcairn, Rowcourier, Headerloom, Requarry, Hoistdeck, Quiretide, MonthSweep, Tablehaul, Pagetide, Curbray) and paid plans for them. By installing an extension or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Prices are shown in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
3. Free plan and Pro license
Each extension has a free plan with limits described on its product page. A Pro subscription unlocks the paid features for one person, on a limited number of browser installations, while the subscription is active. License keys are personal and may not be resold or shared publicly.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Pro renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. A lifetime license, where offered, is a one-time payment and does not renew. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for existing subscribers, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use
Use the extensions only on websites and data you are authorized to use, and in line with those websites' terms. Don't use them to send spam, scrape data unlawfully, get around security controls, or overload a service. You are responsible for reviewing what the extension submits on your behalf. Use "Test row 1" before large runs.
7. Your data
The extensions process your data locally in your browser, as described in each extension's privacy policy. You keep all rights to your data.
8. Updates and availability
Extensions update through the Chrome Web Store, the VS Code Marketplace, Open VSX or Obsidian's Community plugins. We may change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid product, we will refund the unused part of any yearly subscription.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The extensions are provided "as is". Websites change without notice, and we can't guarantee that every form or page will work. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including incorrect or duplicate data submitted to third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
