Winnowrow
Find duplicates, including near-matches, and clean up messy columns in Google Sheets™, written to a new tab so your data is never changed.
Pick the columns to compare and Winnowrow lists every duplicate, a clean copy without them, or just the repeats, in a new tab. It also trims stray spaces, fixes letter case and tidies email and phone columns. Your original data is never changed, and it all runs inside Google Sheets.
Planned features
- Exact duplicates across any columns, ignoring case, spaces, punctuation, accents or word order
- Similar matches that catch typos like "Jonathon" and "Jonathan" (Pro)
- Clean-up: spaces, invisible characters, letter case, emails and phone numbers
- Minimal access: only the spreadsheet you open it in; no server of ours sees your data
Planned pricing: free plan, Pro $4/month or $29/year.
